I wanted to create a place where the general public could enter and feel they could look at paintings without feeling they had to think too much about what they were looking at. When physically painting, I feel at peace, harmonious and detached from those things that give me a headache! So I hope through my paintings whoever looks at them, feels some of the peace and quiet I feel when making the painting.
